Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing Engineer
John Neyens graduated from the University of Missouri in 2006 with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. He is licensed as a Professional Engineer in Missouri, Illinois, and Iowa.

We offer the design, analysis, and implementation of building systems that provide occupant comfort, energy efficiency, and reliable operation. These systems are engineered to meet performance standards while optimizing long-term functionality and sustainability.

Electrical engineering focuses on designing safe, reliable, and efficient electrical infrastructure for commercial, industrial, and institutional facilities. We can develop systems that support building operations while ensuring compliance with applicable codes and industry standards.

Plumbing engineering encompasses the design of water, sanitary, stormwater, and gas piping systems that ensure the safe and efficient operation of a facility. These systems are developed to meet regulatory requirements while supporting sustainability and long-term performance.

"During my time as Superintendent of the Hallsville School District, John Neyens served as the lead representative of our architect and engineering firm for multiple projects, including the design and construction of two classroom wings, a large performance gymnasium, and the extensive redesign of our stadium facility. From our very first meeting in 2017, John demonstrated a rare level of attention and professionalism in meeting our district needs. His sincere interest in our projects, creativity in executing our ideas, and detailed follow through contributed greatly to the success of these projects, providing new and exciting opportunities for our students and the entire community."
